Thank you to Nishtha, a student at EHS and sister to Aanya from Mrs. Hupp's Class, and groupmates who created a FCCLA project focused on teaching elementary students about basic hygiene, cleanliness and the difference between good and bad bacteria. She and her group visited the class to lead an engaging, hands-on lesson with interactive activities to promote healthy habits, including using microscopes and analyzing petri dishes. They will use the data learned in today's lesson in their FCCLA Leadership Conference Presentation. We wish them luck!!

Thank you to the NJ Devils for their NJ’s Healthy Hat Trick assembly, teaching 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade students about healthy habits and the importance of staying active. Students learned how STEM concepts connect to hockey and sports, making learning both fun and engaging. The visit was made even more exciting with a special appearance by the Devils mascot "NJ" and opportunities for student participation.
